Want to know what a Papaya Promises...

Hello Friends,
Fruits are nature’s wonderful medicines packed with vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants. Exotic papaya fruit or pawpaw is packed with numerous health benefiting nutrients. The fruit is one of the favorites of fruit lovers for its nutritional, digestive, and medicinal properties.
Most people have a very strong reaction to Papayas… they either love it or hate it. So friends lets see how this super fruit benefits our Skin and Hair??

Well, you certainly can’t ignore it. Papaya (scientific name Carica Papaya) is a fruit native to tropical regions such as Asia, Africa and Central America. It has a green-yellow outer peal and is dark yellow or orange on the inside.
Papaya has many health benefits and is of huge medicinal value. Almost all parts of it, including the fruit, the seeds, stem and leaves, are used for medicinal or therapeutic purposes.
Papaya is rich in potassium and Vitamin A. While Potassium is good for the bones, Vitamin A is essential to maintain good eyesight. Papaya contains a protein called papain, which is essentially a digestive enzyme. Papaya is also rich in Vitamin C, that helps strengthen the immune system. Papaya also has anti-cancer properties.
You can either eat the fruit or make it into a delicious smoothie! Papaya extracts are used in a variety of face washes and facial scrubs and as a Hair Mask too.
On Skin
Papaya mixed with honey can make a nourishing, skin-brightening mask.
The ripe fruit can also be mixed with coarse salt and used as a skin brightening exfoliating rub.
Likewise, clay mixed with papaya creates an oil-drawing mask for the face and body

On Hairs
Some experts recommend adding fresh papaya to the diet as a natural remedy for thinning hairHair stylists sometimes advise clients with fine and thin hair to consume this fruit daily to achieve fuller, thicker hair.
Mashed Half papaya with some olive oil (amount of oil depends on how dry your hair is) and a teaspoon of honeyApply to damp hair and leave on as long as you like. Rinse, then shampoo out excess oil if necessary.
Thank you so much for taking your time and reading my post and I hope this piece of advice would definitely help you.
