Now coming back to my blog, Oiling hair is a practice followed by women and men since long throughout the world. This practice makes hairs stronger, softer, and shinier. It can be done either with a small amount of oil as a leave-in treatment, or a larger amount can be used and then washed out after it has worked its magic.

Today I am going to review a product which is useful for people who frequently color their hairs or for those who wish to keep their colored hair look glossier and shinier.

My Product today is Garnier Fructis Oil Replacement Color Last Double Nutrition.

Let’s see what the company Claims:

Grape seed oil: for intense nourishment from deep within the hair fiber.

Acai berry: enriched with anti-oxidants to preserve color and prolong vibrancy and shine.

Result: Your Colored hair is protected from excessive aggression. Your hair looks healthier and shinier, with a fresh, fruity fragrance.

Price: 200 ML for 4 RO ( appx 500 Rs)

My Opinion on Garnier Fructis Oil Replacement:

I have been using this product since two months to give my frank opinion on the product for this review

Firstly, the product claims that it’s an Oil Replacement with Double Action... Since I sometimes color my hairs it’s good to apply a product which protects my hair color and prevents the color from getting off quickly after several washes.

This product keeps up what it claim…It does gives my hair a sheen and it does make my hair color lasts for several more days from the actual staying power of any hair color. It has a fruity fragrance (L) and the formula is super creamy.

Oil makes our scalp greasy but this product is not greasy at all. It can be used once in a week.

It is not a product which increasing your hair volume. It is just good for a glossy finish. You would really find your hair looking much healthier and soft.

Ingredients: 

Cons:

·         Fruity fragrance which I am not fond of on hairs like I cannot just apply that fruity fragrance for more than 30 mins because it really annoys me. I would have tolerated it if it really helped me in increasing my volume but again this is a biggest disappointment.

·         Expensive though.

·         Not a travel Friendly tube.

Recommendation:

Since the benefits of different oils are many its better if you do a small research relevant to your own hair and scalp issues, such as dandruff, enhancing volume,  itchy, flaky scalp or falling shine  etc.

Whether I would buy again ?

No I wouldn't because of the above mentioned cons.
